Multi-Skilled Trades Operative Landscaping & Groundworks Jobs in Newton Abbot (Devon & South West) Full-Time, Permanent | Newton Abbot Working Across Devon, with Some Projects in Cornwall & Somerset (Residential Projects) | Salary: 28,600 30,000 (Competitive) About the Role We are a growing residential outdoor transformation company based in Newton Abbot, and we're looking for a skilled, motivated Multi-Skilled Trades Operative (Landscaping & Groundworks) to join one of our 2-person project teams. You'll work alongside an experienced Team Leader, delivering high-quality landscaping, groundworks and outdoor build projects at private residential properties across Devon, with some projects in Cornwall and Somerset. Projects range from 1-day installs to 4-week full garden transformations every week is different. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who takes real pride in their work, wants to keep developing their skillset, and enjoys working in a professional, client-facing environment. Skills & Experience We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Trades Operative with experience in some or all of the following: Carpentry Brickwork Landscaping Slabbing & paving Groundworks No experience in the below? No problem well provide full in-house training: Resin Bound surfacing Artificial Grass installation Composite Decking What We're Looking For A solid trade background with hands-on experience in at least 23 of the skills listed A professional attitude all work is carried out in clients' homes and gardens Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional training Reliable, punctual and a strong team player Good communication skills you'll be working closely with customers and your team leader Full UK driving licence preferred (own transport advantageous) What We Offer Competitive salary: 28,600 30,000 per year Project-based bonus (after probation period) Company vehicle (after probation period) Company iPad for project sign-offs via our client portal Bank holidays off Structured in-house training programme A supportive, friendly team in a genuinely growing business All work is based from Newton Abbot, covering Devon, with some projects in Cornwall and Somerset, on private residential properties.
