This opportunity provides a 6 - 10 session role for an individual looking for stability, independence and flexibility within their role. No home visits will be required.13,500 per session. Day to day, you''ll: Consult face to face, by telephone and online Participate in the duty rota Review and action clinical workflows: pathology results, correspondence, medication queries and prescriptions Manage patient queries and documents efficiently Make confident, professional clinical decisions Develop personalised care plans in line with best practice Provide health education and preventative care Refer and admit patients to the right services when neededWho We''re Looking ForYou''re organised, consistent and genuinely care about delivering excellent patient care. Essential: Full GMC registration with a licence to practise Included on the Medical Performers list Completed GP training (CCT, CEGPR or equivalent) MRCGP (or equivalent) Experience managing chronic disease and long-term conditions Understanding of primary prevention and screening Knowledge of clinical governance, audit and quality improvement Knowledge of working towards QOF and contractual targets Strong multidisciplinary teamwork skills A reflective approach and commitment to continuous learningReady to Find Out More?
