You will be involved in a blended model of care, providing face‑to‑face primary care and complex case care planning as part of an MDT. You will provide clinical leadership and support to members of the prison's healthcare team, working with your Head of Healthcare and the North West Regional Lead GP to oversee the development and delivery of GP clinical services on site.
