That includes working with clients and providers through market reviews, renewals and ongoing service; while helping clients stay confident they have the right cover in place. Your day to day will include:Managing market reviews, from gathering data and approaching insurers through to presenting recommendationsHandling scheme renewals and producing clear client-facing reportsActing as a key contact for client and member queriesLiaising with providers to secure competitive, up-to-date solutionsSupporting scheme administration, including invoicing and record updates across Pensions, PMI, GLA, GIP, Cash Plans and DentalWhat youll needExperience within a Group Risk & Healthcare product provider or consultancyGR1 full or part qualified would be beneficialStrong understanding of Employee Benefits solutionsConfident client management and communication skillsAbout the businessYoull be joining an employee benefits team that sits within a national wealth management business with a growing presence across the UK.
