Projects include refurbishments, new developments, and listed building compliance. Youll help scope, develop, and deliver engineering solutions that meet operational, safety, and regulatory standards.What will you be doing? Advise on construction matters and contribute across RIBA stagesProduce drawings, specifications, and technical reportsLiaise with stakeholders, design teams, and statutory bodiesArrange site investigations and condition surveysDesign structural alterations and small-scale new worksA couple of things you should know:Proven delivery from RIBA stages 35Skilled in Revit/BIM Level 2 and engineering drawingsVerification experience up to Category 2Strong communication and adaptabilityDuring an interview, you may be asked about:Your experience in nuclear, Defence, or marine environmentsEnvironmental compliance and asset lifecycle supportCDE/data delivery platformsSounds like you?
