QUALITY COORDINATOR Wigan Permanent 30,000 Days role Superb long-term progression Investment in training and development Healthcare Niche products Busy stable manufacturing company Commutable from Wigan, Ormskirk, Chorley, Bolton, Skelmersdale, Ashton-in-Makerfield, Rainford, St Helens and Leigh Were looking for a proactive and detail-driven Quality Coordinator to support our Quality Manager in maintaining high standards across the business. This is a great opportunity to be part of a Kings Award, thriving business, where we supply into a multitude of different industry sectors Youll play a key role in keeping our Quality Management System (QMS) running smoothly, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role where youll collaborate closely with Production, QC, and R&D teams to make sure quality processes are not just in placebut actually working. Duties Keep quality documentation accurate, organised, and audit-ready Support internal audits and compliance with quality standards Track, investigate, and resolve non-conformances and customer complaints Analyse quality data to spot trends and improvement opportunities Work with Production to define and maintain quality standards Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) Monitor QMS performance and support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure products and processes consistently meet required standards Report incidents and escalate issues when needed Support a strong culture of quality, safety, and compliance Requirements Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) Confidence analysing data and identifying improvements Understanding of quality standards and compliance processes You will gained your experience in ideally either a chemical industry or engineering / manufacturing Knowledge of containment and non-compliance Why Join Us?
