The Senior Project Manager is the onsite and remote face of the migration program, responsible fordelivery execution, stakeholder confidence, and end-user sentiment throughout the migrationlifecycle.This role blends strong execution discipline with interpersonal leadership, ensuring migrationprograms succeed technically while landing smoothly with the business. The Senior Project Manageroperates within a complex delivery environment coordinating multiple technical workstreams,vendors, and business stakeholders across infrastructure, identity, endpoint, and application migrationactivities.What You'll Do• Serve as the onsite leader and representative of the migration program during planning andmigration events• Build trust and positive engagement with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and endusers• Prepare the business ahead of migration activities through proactive communications andreadiness planning• Proactively identify and contain sentiment hot spots during migration and cutover events• Lead onsite migration activities including user cutovers, device deployments, and hypercarecoordination• Coordinate delivery across infrastructure, identity, endpoint, and application migrationworkstreams• Maintain ownership of project delivery including project plans, RAID management,timelines, and cross-workstream dependencies• Facilitate program governance including steering committee meetings, milestone reviews,and escalation management• Manage engagement with vendors, technical SMEs, and internal engineering teamssupporting migration delivery• Ensure local Helpdesk and support teams are aligned and prepared to support migrationevents• Provide regular executive reporting including status updates, risk summaries, and deliveryforecastsWhat Success Looks Like• Strong stakeholder trust and confidence across business leadership and technical teams• End-user sentiment issues identified early and addressed in real time• Predictable and on-time delivery across migration workstreams• Clear and consistent communication to program leadership and executive stakeholders• Smooth migration events with minimal disruption to business operationsTKO IT Infrastructure – Senior Project Manager (UK Contractor)What We're Looking For• Proven experience leading enterprise IT programs or migrations• Strong executive presence and communication skills• Ability to operate calmly and decisively under pressure• Experience managing complex, multi-threaded delivery environmentsRequired:• • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience• • 7+ years experience delivering enterprise IT projects or migration programs• • Demonstrated success managing high-visibility delivery programs in complex environments• • Expert-level proficiency working with SmartsheetHands-on, expert-level proficiency with:• • Project and program management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall)• • RAID management, dependency tracking, and risk escalation• • Executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication• • Migration planning, cutover coordination, and hypercare managementDesirable project experience:• • Leading M&A, divestiture, or carve-out driven IT programs• • Acting as onsite delivery lead during complex migration or cutover events• • Coordinating global teams across infrastructure, identity, endpoint, and application workstreamsRequired Certifications• Project Management Professional (PMP)orTKO IT Infrastructure – Senior Project Manager (UK Contractor)• PRINCE2 PractitionerPreferred Certifications• ITIL Managing Professional or ITIL Strategist
