This is a key role responsible for obtaining and providing accurate, up-to-date spare parts information to a wide range of sales customers, while delivering exceptional service at every interaction.You will play an essential part in supporting our customers across Baxi's full product portfolio, including boilers, cylinders, heat pumps and water heaters. The role offers an excellent opportunity to build extensive product knowledge and develop new technical and commercial skills within a supportive environment.What You'll Be DoingAs a Parts Specialist, your responsibilities will include:Acting as the first point of contact for pre-sales product specification advice across a designated range of spare parts within Baxi's portfolioResponding to customer enquiries using Parts Arena, including locating parts and identifying suitable alternatives where parts are no longer availableSupporting customers by asking the right questions to ensure the most appropriate solution is identifiedProcessing spares orders and handling general enquiries relating to stock availability and pricingManaging enquiries submitted via the Parts Query inbox, ensuring response time SLAs are metUsing ERP systems to access stock and price information to facilitate efficient orderingWorking closely with the Product Management team to highlight any required updates or improvements to Parts Arena information, enhancing the end-user journeySkills & ExperienceStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenA logical, calm, and methodical approach to problem-solvingAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environmentHigh attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent servicePrevious knowledge of Baxi products or similar technical products is beneficial, but not essentialTraining & DevelopmentFull training will be provided, including hands-on support with Parts Arena, ERP systems, and Baxi's product range.
