Falcon Green is partnering with a leading subcontractor specialising in the delivery of mechanical building services across residential, commercial, and technically complex sectors.Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are now seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their team based in Godstone, Surrey.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking to build a long-term career within a well-established and respected contractor. The business offers a stable pipeline of work, ongoing training, and clear progression opportunities within a supportive and collaborative team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the procurement teamRaise and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain and update supplier records, databases, and procurement systemsCarry out high-volume data entry with strong attention to detailSupport invoice reconciliation and liaise with accounts to resolve discrepanciesTrack orders and update internal systems with delivery schedules and order statusAssist with supplier communication and general procurement queriesEnsure all documentation is filed and maintained in line with company proceduresRequirements1–5 years' experience in an administrative role (procurement, accounts, or office admin preferred)Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracyPrevious experience supporting finance or accounts functions is advantageousProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelHighly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to work within a teamAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectivelyIf you would like to apply for this role, please submit a copy of your most recent CV using the link provided.
