Practice ManagerLocation - Cramlington, Northumberland (NE23)Hours - Full timeSalary - From 35,000 negotiable for the right candidateAn outstanding new opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager to join a highly successful SJP Senior Partner Practice.Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a wealth management office to ensure high standards of client service, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and team performance.This role supports the financial advisors by managing non-advisory business functions enabling the advisors to focus on client relationships and financial planning.You may be a Senior Administrator looking for the next step, or an experienced Practice Manager looking to further develop your skills and knowledge.The Role:Your role will encompass all operational aspects of the businessProviding outstanding client service will be of upmost importance to youYou will ensure the seamless process from initial enquiry to completion of the advice process is always deliveredSet weekly priorities, distribute workload, and conduct regular 1-1s to support performance management and ensure the administration team continues to learn and master new aspects of business processingProcess new business, replacements, switches, and encashments efficiently and accuratelyPrepare meeting documentation and complete all follow-up actions promptlyConduct regular file reviews and quality checksComplete suitability reports, process applications and submit advice setsLiaise with advisers, providers, and administration centres to progress cases to completionSupporting the admin team to ensure business processes are adhered to, tracked efficiently and in line with Practice and regulatory standardsYou will coordinate communication with clients and third-party providers and deliver regular updates to the advisersTrack leads, referrals, and pipeline activity in the CRM system and MondayQualifications and SkillsStrong knowledge and experience within the financial services industryYou will have a sound understanding of Investments, Pensions, and other financial planning productsPrevious experience within a St. Jamess Place Partner Practice would be desirableProficient IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeExperience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, with a willingness to learn how to use new systemsExperience using Voyant and Monday is desirableExcellent leadership, organisational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and able to prioritise effectivelyStrong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skillsSt. Jamess Place plc (SJP) is a leading, a highly regarded FTSE 100 Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base.
