Interaction EngineeringAll candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.CNC MillerJob Description A Warwick-based manufacturer of precision components and assemblies for the aerospace and motorsport industries is seeking experienced CNC Milling Setter/Operators.Shift Patterns Day ShiftMonday to Thursday: 07:00 15:45Friday: 07:00 13:00Total: 39 hours per weekAfternoon ShiftMonday to Thursday: 14:30 23:30Friday: 12:45 17:30Total: 39 hours per weekRole ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components in line with aerospace specifications.Work with FANUC CNC programs, including the use of canned cycles.Read and interpret both final and stage engineering drawings.Upload programs and set up tooling, chucks, collets, and fixtures.Inspect finished components using precision measuring equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.Record measurements throughout the manufacturing process.Carry out routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as required.Experience & SkillsCompletion of a recognised engineering apprenticeship is preferred.Strong technical ability in CNC milling operations with excellent attention to detail.Basic mathematical skills for machining-related calculations. xjdpvnf Holiday Entitlement25 days annual leave plus 8 statutory holidaysBenefitsCompany pension schemeOn-site parkingLife insuranceSick payAdditional Information This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to join a small, privately owned business for candidates with the right skills and experience.PayUp to 662.22 per weekShift allowance: 19 per shift (95 per week) for afternoon shift onlyINDTE
