Our Commercial Litigation team in Cardiff is particularly busy across all areas of contentious work and we are looking to hire an Associate or equivalent of 2+ PQE to take on a broad ranging role on behalf of public and private sector clients.The individual will be exposed to general commercial and civil claims work such as contractual claims, judicial reviews, intellectual property disputes, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes and professional negligence cases.The role will also require you to work on procurement challenges where you will be involved in advising both bidders and contracting authorities on issues relating to evaluation criteria, scoring methodologies, and limitation issues amongst others.
