This role involves working on low to high-voltage systems (up to 35 kV) to ensure a safe and reliable power supply.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and string overhead lines, including conductors, insulators, and related equipmentInspect networks and carry out maintenance and repair workIdentify faults using diagnostic tools and resolve technical issuesFollow strict electrical safety procedures to maintain a safe work environmentSupport renewable energy connections, including solar projectsComplete technical reports and maintenance records accuratelyCandidate RequirementsProven experience with medium and high voltage systems (0.4 kV to 35 kV)Skilled in cable jointing and terminations using materials such as Raychem, Nexans, or CellpackStrong ability to perform testing, measurements, and diagnosticsGood understanding of electrical safety rules and safe working distancesPhysically fit and comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditionsRelevant electrical trade qualification or engineering diploma preferred
