Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Lawyer or Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to step into a Conveyancing Team Leader role with a progressive and modern law firm. Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and all aspects of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion. Ensure smooth workflow and exceptional client service while maintaining manageable file volumes (no more than 70 live files). Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.Salary & Location: Competitive salary depending on experience. 16% bonus on billing above target.
