Warehouse Operative (FLT Licence Required) Shepton Mallett People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Shepton Mallett on a full-time basis. Shifts Monday Friday: 06:00 starts Benefits: Your benefits as a Warehouse Operative will be : 23 days holiday bank holidays Free site parking Modern facilities with excellent canteen Ongoing training and career progression opportunities Day-to-Day Duties: As a Warehouse Operative , your duties will include (but are not limited to): Supporting manufacturing processes within a busy production environment Operating a Counterbalance truck safely and effectively Moving materials, loading and unloading goods, and feeding production lines Using hand tools and cutting equipment as required Carrying out basic assembly and preparation tasks Completing stock checks and basic documentation Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams Essential Skills To be successful as a Warehouse Operative you will need: Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence Experience within manufacturing and/or warehousing Confident using hand tools and related equipment Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player Able to follow instructions and work safely Training Provided Full training provided Ongoing development support Apply If you are interested in this opportunity as a Warehouse Operative, please apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
