Service Advisor Commercial Vehicles (HGV/LCV)Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.Location: BicesterSalary: 28,000 34,000 + bonus up to 4,000Hours: 44.5 hrs/week (rotating shifts) + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings ()Key Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries Manage job cards, service documentation, and invoicing Book, schedule, and prioritise workshop work Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and costs Obtain authorisations and process approvals Control WIP and ensure accurate costing/invoicing Upsell additional repairs and services where appropriate Liaise with technicians, parts, and subcontractors Maintain accurate service history and records Ensure reception and customer areas are well presented What Were Looking For Strong customer service and communication xjdpvnf skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Confident handling administration and invoicing Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude Automotive experience (HGV/LCV preferred)
