What You'll Be DoingSupporting customers via phone, email and live chatAnswering queries clearly and professionally in German & EnglishResolving issues with confidence and empathyWorking closely with your Team Leader and colleaguesContinuously looking for ways to improve the customer journeyBringing energy, curiosity and a positive attitude to the team? What We're Looking ForFluent German & English (written and spoken)Excellent communication and customer service skillsStrong numeracy, literacy and attention to detailConfident problem-solver with good decision-making skillsCall centre or back-office experience (helpful, not essential)Flexible and happy to work rotating shifts??
