These are full estates, multi-level penthouses, private cinemas and complex whole home control systems built with absolute precision. Everything is engineered properly, documented well and delivered to a standard only a handful of teams in the country can match.They now need a Lead Engineer who can take ownership of technical delivery on site and set the level that everyone else follows.What you will be doingLeading on-site delivery across flagship Residential projectsOverseeing installs, commissioning and final sign-off of full home automation systemsWorking closely with designers, programmers and project managers to keep each stage moving smoothlyMentoring mid-level engineers and raising the overall standard of workBeing the trusted technical lead clients look to for clarity, confidence and expertiseBringing structure and calm to some of the most complex residential systems in the UKWhat you need to bringStrong Residential or Commercial AV background with the ability to take command of site deliveryStrong Lutron knowledgeIdelaly knowledge on Crestron or Control4, and the ability to understand programmed logic and system behaviourSolid networking skills, including VLANs, switch configuration and troubleshootingA track record of delivering high end projects where tidy infrastructure and proper documentation matterClear communication, client confidence and a problem solving mindsetThe ability to spot issues early and resolve them before they growWhy this role stands outYou'll work on homes that operate closer to private estates and boutique properties than standard residential setups.
