Care Coordinator Complex Care Littlehampton (Hybrid) £28,000 - £32,000 Monday to FridayWe are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join a growing complex care provider based in Littlehampton.This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, relaxed and well-structured team, offering full training, a clear induction and genuine career progression within a fast-growing organisation.The role offers hybrid working (1-2 days from home per week), with the remaining days based at the Littlehampton head office.
