Warehouse Operative Immediate Start Required | Temp to Perm Opportunity Due to continued growth and increased demand, our client is expanding their warehouse team and is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, stable, and growing business where hard work is recognised. This role starts on a temporary basis, but for the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position. Pay: £13.65 per hour Location: Ballymena Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (1 hour lunch) After training: 8:00am 11:30am every other Friday Key Responsibilities: Picking and preparing orders for dispatch Packing and labelling items for delivery Receiving goods and putting them away correctly Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse Supporting with general warehouse duties What We Need From You Previous warehouse experience with picking and packing duties Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding warehouse work Reliable and hardworking individuals Basic computer skills What We Will Offer You Immediate start required Join a growing company with long-term opportunities Temp to perm pathway prove yourself and secure a permanent role Consistent weekday hours (no weekends) Skills: Pack Goods Loading Trucks Cleaning warehouse
