Youll be at the heart of keeping our properties running smoothly, resolving maintenance needs efficiently, and delivering outstanding service that truly makes a difference to our customers.BenefitsSalary - 26,500 plus overtime opportunity (paid at time and a half)Full time Mondays -Fridays 8.30am- 5pmInitially offered on a 12 month maternity cover contract22 days paid holidays (increasing up to 27 days, depending upon length of service), plus bank holidaysOne work from home day per week after 6 months serviceRegular team social events and activitiesComprehensive training and development opportunities.Friendly, supportive work environmentOpportunity for reduced working hours during Christmas while maintaining full payResponsibilitiesEnsure all properties are well-maintained and that tenants receive prompt, professional service.Be the main point of contact for tenants, contractors, and landlords, coordinating maintenance from the initial report through to completionEfficiently process and prioritise maintenance requests from tenants uploading accurate and detailed information on to the databaseCoordinate with contractors to schedule repairsObtain landlord approvals for maintenance works and manage budgetsMaintain detailed records of all maintenance activitiesCoordinate end-of-tenancy maintenance worksHandle key management and appointment schedulingQualificationsProven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organisational and time management abilitiesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise effectivelyExperience in property maintenance or the letting industry would be beneficial but not essentialExperience in handling complaintsCustomer service experienceFull UK driving license would be beneficialIf you are passionate about customer service or the property industry - and are looking to make a significant impact, we would love to hear from you!We do our best to make our adverts as specific as possible so that you do not waste your time applying for roles which are not a match.
