The company produces specialist vacuum and exhaust management systems used within the semiconductor industry.This role will support the production line through electrical build and wiring activities, including loom assembly and small electrical builds, ensuring all work meets required specifications and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Assembly DutiesCarry out panel wiring and electrical interconnectionsBuild wiring looms and harnesses to specificationPerform wire and cable termination, including high-quality crimpingInstall electrical components, plates, and devicesRead and interpret electrical schematic diagrams and layout drawingsRepair and replace electrical components and wiring as requiredComplete all relevant build and production documentationGeneral Production DutiesFollow build notes, work instructions, and direction from the Team LeaderWork in line with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standardsMaintain high standards of workmanship and product qualityCarry out rework, corrections, and modifications when requiredUse hand tools and lifting equipment safelyMaintain 5S standards and a clean working environmentSupport other production areas and roles when requiredWork to production targets, lead times, and deadlinesIdentify and report any issues with materials, documentation, or assemblySkills & ExperienceEssentialProven experience in electrical wiring or assemblyAbility to read and understand electrical xjdpvnf schematics and technical drawingsStrong crimping and cable termination skillsGood attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and logical approachDesirableElectrical qualification (or equivalent hands-on experience)Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentKnowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and componentsExperience using hand tools and power toolsApply Now If youre interested in this role, please apply with your up-to-date CV.For more information, contact Pertemps Technical Bristol on Option 3).
