Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.Registered Manager - Domiciliary CareLocation: Cardiff, Wales Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to take full operational responsibility for a domiciliary care service based in Cardiff. This role offers the opportunity to lead, stabilise and grow a community-based care service while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, quality and person-centred care.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring full compliance with CIW and RISCA regulations, supporting and developing a diverse care team, and driving service improvement and sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational leadership for a domiciliary care service supporting adults in their own homesEnsure full compliance with CIW, RISCA and internal policies and proceduresLead, motivate and develop care staff through supervision, training and performance managementOversee safeguarding, risk management, audits and quality assurance processesCoordinate care delivery, rotas and on-call duties to ensure all care packages are safely coveredConduct assessments, reviews and amendments of care and risk assessmentsManage complaints, incidents and investigations professionally and thoroughlyMaintain accurate records, documentation and Statements of PurposeBuild strong relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholdersDrive service development, referrals and ethical business growth beyond local authority frameworksRequirementsSignificant experience within domiciliary care (essential)Experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior management role (preferred)Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)Strong knowledge of CIW/RISCA legislation and regulatory standardsProven ability to lead, stabilise and develop care teamsExcellent organisational, communication and decision-making skillsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle xjdpvnf Flexible approach, including on-call responsibilitiesWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary of 40,000 - 45,000Permanent, full-time positionOpportunity to lead and shape a growing domiciliary care serviceSupportive working environment with autonomy and influenceOngoing professional development and trainingLong-term career progression within a progressive care providerIf you are ready to lead a high-quality domiciliary care service and make a meaningful impact on people's lives in the community, we would love to hear from you.Simply apply with your CV or call Kian on for an informal chat about the role.#CFFJP
