Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day running of the home with the support from a Deputy Manager.Our home supports children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, providing the stability, warmth, and consistency they need to thrive. Rated Good by Ofsted, this is a home where relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Our dedicated team work hard to create a nurturing space where every child feels valued, listened to, and understood. We are looking for a manager who is a natural leader and has the needs of the children and young people we support at the heart of what they do.
