This means they are now at the point where they are ready to bring in an additional person who can work with the existing Quality Engineering team to support both Supplier, Internal and customer quality affairs. The Quality Compliance Technician be responsible for:Oversee quality assurance across UK and international suppliersLead problem-solving activities (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) and manage corrective actionsDrive supplier performance, NCRs and root-cause investigationsSupport customer meetings, inspections and technical reviewsProduce quality KPI reports and monitor defect trendsConduct internal audits and ensure compliance with QMS/EMS requirementsCollaborate cross-functionally to improve quality, efficiency and customer experienceContribute to continuous improvement and uphold company valuesWe will be looking for someone who hasPrevious experience in Quality Technician / Quality Inspector / Quality Engineer role within a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (internal auditor status is a bonus) Experience generating and managing NCRsStrong problem-solving skills using RCA, 5 Whys and FishbonePractical engineering experience (e.g., fabrication, injection moulding, aluminium casting) Ability to read technical drawings, including GD&TProficient in inspection methods, gauging and test equipmentConfident communicating, presenting and influencing stakeholders Strong numeracy, attention to detail and IT skills (Microsoft Office)Able to prioritise and manage a varied workloadProactive in identifying risks and proposing solutionsA growth mindset and enthusiasm to develop alongside the businessThe application process:Our mission is to support our clients in their creation of an equal,diverseand inclusive workforce.
