This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-specification site from the ground up.The facility will feature 12 luxury ensuite bedrooms and professionally landscaped gardens, currently undergoing a premium refurbishment due for completion within 34 months.We are seeking a high-calibre Registered Manager and Responsible Individual to lead this project, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, safety, and commercial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLaunch & Compliance: Lead the initial setup, including the development of robust Ofsted-compliant policies and proceduresTeam Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a full multidisciplinary teamOperational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining a focus on therapeutic outcomes and achieving Outstanding regulatory ratingsStakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Childrens Services and Local Authorities to secure placements and build strong partnershipsCommercial Oversight: Manage budgets and drive financial performance through effective commercial leadershipEssential Qualifications & Requirements (Ofsted)Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)Minimum of 2 years experience within the last 5 years working in a position relevant to residential childcareAt least 1 year in a supervisory/management role within a childrens residential settingThorough understanding of Ofsted regulations, including the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality StandardsProven experience in achieving Ofsted ratings of Good or OutstandingAbility to meet the fit xjdpvnf person requirements for both Registered Manager and Responsible Individual roles under OfstedWhat Were Looking ForLow Secure Expertise: Extensive experience within Low Secure environments for childrenOfsted Knowledge: Strong track record managing Ofsted-regulated servicesLeadership: Experience in policy development and large-scale staff recruitmentNetwork: Established relationships with Local Authorities and Childrens ServicesBenefitsMarket-leading salary (70,000 140,000)Lucrative profit share bonus schemeOpportunity to shape a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility
