Together, were building a better future.As a Gas and Heating Installation Technician, youll play a vital role in ensuring our customers homes are safe, warm and energy-efficient. Youll carry out full and partial installations, breakdown repairs and servicing to a high standard, working independently and in line with all relevant regulations, codes of practice and Paradigm procedures. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will make a real impact.About the Role/teamYoull be part of our Property Services team, reporting to the Gas Installation Supervisor, and working closely with residents, colleagues and other technicians. Youll diagnose and repair a wide range of gas and heating faults, aiming for a first-time fix wherever possible. Youll also complete all required documentation accurately and on time, maintain van stock, and ensure all work is carried out safely and professionally.This role also involves supporting apprentices or less experienced technicians when required, helping to build capability across the team.
