Payroll Specialist - Permanent - Manchester - Hybrid - up to 45,000 per annumCheck below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a sports retailer, who are looking for a Payroll Specialist, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for coordinating payroll operations, across the EMEA region, specifically France & Italy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment, play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery, and speak fluent French. This role is on a hybrid basis consisting of 3/ 4 days per week, based in their Manchester office.The Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:Process and oversee monthly payrolls, across France & Italy using ADPCollect, verify, and input payroll data including new starters, leavers, variable pay, and benefit deductionsLiaise with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to meet payroll timelines and resolve discrepanciesEnsure full statutory compliance with local payroll, tax regulations in each countrySupport monthly, quarterly, and year end reporting, including reconciliations and audit supportMaintain payroll records in accordance with legal and internal policy requirementsRespond promptly and professionally to payroll related employee queriesContribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes, xjdpvnf documentation, and systemsKey Skills:Proven experience processing French & Italian payrollsADP experience is desirableStrong knowledge of local tax, pension, and labour regulations across EMEA countriesProficiency in Microsoft ExcelFluent in FrenchStrong numerical skills, attention to detail, and confidentialityExcellent communication skillsIf you are interested in discussing this position in greater detail, please apply now.
