The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and develop our domiciliary care service. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care, while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care serviceEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standardsLead, manage, and support care staff to deliver exceptional careMaintain and improve quality assurance processesManage care packages, rotas, and staffing levels efficientlyBuild strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholdersHandle safeguarding concerns and ensure best practice is followedDrive business development and service growthRequirementsPrevious experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care setting.Strong knowledge of regulations and standards within adult social careLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to manage a team and work under pressureFull UK driving licence (preferred)What We OfferCompetitive salary of £35,000 £40,000Supportive and collaborative working environmentOpportunities for professional development and career progressionOngoing training and supportThe chance to make a meaningful impact in your communityTPBN1_UKTJ
