If youre ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you this could be your next big move.About the roleAs a First Line Manager (FLM), reporting to the Production Manager, youll play a critical role in supporting our Line Structure Teams and embedding the Intersnack Working System (IWS) ways of working across our 24/7 operation.Youll provide strong leadership day and night, ensuring standards are maintained, colleagues are supported and performance is delivered against clearly defined outputs.
