Key responsibilities include: Leadingpsychiatric assessment and treatmentfor inpatients Acting asResponsible Clinicianunder the Mental Health Act Leadingward rounds and MDT discussions Supervising junior doctors and contributing to training Supportingclinical governance, audit and service improvement Working closely withinpatient and community services The team & environmentAmber Ward sits within a wider acute inpatient system at Langley Green, with strong MDT working across: Occupational Therapy You’ll also be part of aTrust-wide consultant network , offering peer support and collaboration across Sussex. You will hold: GMC registration with licence to practise Specialist Register status (or within 6 months) Approved Clinician status (or ability to achieve within 3 months) You’ll also bring: Strong experience managingcomplex and acute presentations Confidence working in aPICU / inpatient setting(or similar) A collaborative,MDT-focused approach Interest inservice development and improvement#J-18808-Ljbffr
