Location:Hybrid working with clinics in West Yorkshire/CalderdaleSalary:Starting salary from £50,000 full time equivalentContract:Full-time and part-time options availableAre you an experienced Chronic Disease Management or Skin Cancer Nurse?Are you passionate about delivering outstanding care in the community?Do you thrive on clinical excellence, innovation, and a truly holistic approach to patient care?If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and grow into a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.About the Role We’re looking for a confident and experienced Dermatology Nurse to join us in leading community-based dermatology clinics and shaping the future of our service.Working remotely and onsite , you will support the Service Manager and Lead Nurse and help drive innovation and continuous improvement across our community dermatology services.In this autonomous and rewarding role, you will:Lead and deliver community dermatology clinics with a varied and engaging caseloadRun independent prescribing clinics for chronic skin disease managementSupport the skin cancer pathway, performing minor procedures including: Punch biopsies, Curettage, Shave procedures, Simple excisionsProvide expert assessment, advice, and ongoing support to patients and their familiesAct as a key point of contact, building trusted relationships through excellent communicationYou’ll also play a vital role in:Coordinating prescriptions efficiently using digital systemsTracking results, documenting care, and managing patient communicationsContributing to MDT discussions and service developmentWhat We’re Looking ForNMC Level 1 Registered NurseNon-Medical Independent Prescriber (V300)Specialist dermatology training (assessment & treatment)Significant experience in community dermatologyYou’ll be:Confident working independentlyHighly organised with strong digital skillsA compassionate clinician with leadership potentialWhy Join Us?Flexible working (full-time or part-time options)Opportunities for home workingA high level of autonomy in your roleA supportive, collaborative team environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
