The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general repairs and maintenance across plumbing and commercial heating systems.This is a site-based role with no travel requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general plumbing repairs and maintenanceDiagnose faults and undertake repairs on commercial heating systemsEnsure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety regulationsRespond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain accurate records of work completedRequirementsProven experience in plumbing and commercial heating systemsRelevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent)Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsAbility to work xjdpvnf independently and as part of a teamGood understanding of health and safety regulationsA Level 2 Disclosure Scotland certificate will be required prior to start Ability to work within a secure environment and adhere to strict protocolsIf you are a reliable and skilled engineer looking for a stable, site-based role within the public sector, we would like to hear from you.
