All work is undertaken in house at our Kent headquarters by our experienced team who have been working on exhibition stands and trade fairs for a number of years, bringing both expertise and the latest trends to every project.We produce some genuinely beautiful work from our fully equipped factory and offices in Sittingbourne; working on some fantastic projects for a number of agencies, but also a large volume of work for exhibitors looking to stand out at their events predominantly in the UK.Our staff are tremendously proud of what we do, and this is a great chance to join a team that set the highest of standards and help us further improve the service we provide to our clients.The Position:ESM are seeking an experienced project manager and estimator to join our growing team. You will be tasked with the full project and budget management of our work from the point of tender win through to onsite completion. Tasks will sometimes include:Client liaison and relationships.Briefing the design team and tenderingEstimating for the manufacture of components and sub-contracted servicesManagement of overall specifications and finishesHealth and Safety oversight and adminLiaison with sub-contractors and maintenance of the ESM supply chainOrdering and administration of sub-contracted technical servicesSourcing and concept developmentLogistics, timings and deadline managementProject Management onsite including staff managementClient handoversThe Candidate:The ideal candidate must be organised and efficient, with an eye for detail and costing, and the discipline to manag a budget through the life cycle of a project. You shoud be a people person who is adept at problem solving and thinking on their feet. You will set the highest of personal standards and demand those of your projects whilst managing with a view to maximising profitability and value.Experience of events and exhibitions, or managing production teams would be a distinct advantage.You will enjoy the 'nuts and bolts' of a project and basic administration as much as the travel and meetings that might be expected.
