We are working with a respected organisation to recruit an HR & Recruitment Advisor to deliver end-to-end recruitment and provide expert HR support across workforce planning and selection activities.This role is key to ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-focused recruitment service, supporting managers and staff with day-to-day HR advisory needs.Key Responsibilities:Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, selection, and pre-employment checksProvide expert advice on workforce planning, recruitment, and induction processesSupport managers with recruitment issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomesOversee vacancy progression, promotions, and internal postingsDeliver and continuously improve corporate induction programmesMaintain and develop recruitment systems, processes, and documentationProduce recruitment data, succession planning, and workforce insightsRepresent the organisation at recruitment events and support HR projectsAbout You:Proven experience in HR recruitment or advisory rolesStrong understanding of recruitment, selection, and employment processesExperience managing HR systems and improving processesConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailThis is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role in delivering an effective and forward-thinking recruitment service.This is a fixed term contract until November 2026 (subject to change)Remote working is possible with the expectation to attend local offices once per week.TPBN1_UKTJ
