Location: C D E Global, 370 Doagh RoadAbout The RoleJob PurposeThis position will lead a Team to ensure all projects components are despatched safely and securely, on time, in full, efficiently and in the order that the installation team and Customer requires them to ensure minimum resources allocated to site installs.ResponsibilitiesLead a Team to adhere to material handling policies to optimise footprint utilisation and stock flows.Enforce all relevant safe-working rules and regulations.In line with the goods out schedule, ensure all materials and parts required are picked as per the planning schedule. This will ensure Assembly, Install and Spares are available when required.Promote a culture of continuous improvement within stores operations based on regular process reviews and effective root cause identification and problem solving.Support process improvements to goods in/out processes and stock accuracy, e.g. Picking, packing etc.Maintain timeliness and accuracy of stores transactions in the system of record IFS (booking goods in, picking lines and issues, internal movements, inventory locations).Ensure all stock items are clearly labelled with CDE part numbers and descriptions reflecting the information captured within IFS.Attend daily factory board meetings.Supervise the goods in process, reporting on challenges utilising the CDE NCR system.Ensure all orders are 100% checked prior to arrival and departure from stores.Conduct root cause analysis of all picking challenges utilising the CDE NCR system.Apply the minimum quality and environmental standards required under ISO 9001 and 14001 and the company Quality and Environmental standards.Oversee work centre capacities on a regular basis and inform the relevant depts of any utilisation concerns.Manage any issues or delays, ensuring potential interruptions are identified and communicated as soon as possible utilising the CDE NCR system were necessary.OtherTo adhere to CDE policy and practice.To carry out any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.Skills NeededManagerial / Operational, ServicingRequired CriteriaFurther Qualification/Certification in the planning discipline2 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced factory environmentHold a Forklift Licence Proven people management experienceH&S awarenessAbility to manage and motivate a teamProven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workloadExcellent interpersonal skillsA track record of identifying and successfully implementing process changesThe ability to work with and influence colleagues in a department other than their ownStrong Planning and organising skillsAbility to communicate effectively individually and within a teamDesired CriteriaExperience within a Manufacturing /Engineering environmentClosing DateFriday 24th April, 2026Contract TypefulltimeSalaryBased on Experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
