Maintenance Planning Manager - Part 145 MROThe full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.We are working with one of the fastest growing, aircraft MRO services companies, in the UK and an exceptional opportunity is now available, for a skilled Maintenance Planning Manager, with Part 145 experience.You will be required to administer, develop and manage all aspects of aircraft planning related to Part 145 activities. Main responsibilitiesDevelopment of procedures to support a fast-growing Part 145 MROChair aircraft pre-input meetingsReview incoming work scope proposals in collaboration with SalesPlan all accepted work packagesCollaborate with logistics and production to ensure smooth aircraft input and efficient TAT.Manage all communications with CAMO`s regarding work packagesManagement of technical recordsManagement of technical publicationsAttend global planning and sales meetings on behalf of the companyKey attributesStrong motivational skills to bring out the best in team membersGood commercial acumenAbility to work well under pressure and deliver resultsPositive approach towards identifying problems and solutionsWell organised person capable of coordinating complex and dynamic projectsGood communication and team working skills Skills/experience5+ years airline or MRO xjdpvnf industry experience in maintenance planning (3rd party MRO experience advantageous)Managerial experience, with the ability to train and motivate a teamIn depth knowledge of EASA and CAA Part-M and Part-145 legislationStrong IT skillsFluent in EnglishInterested, please apply immediately or contact Graeme at Vibe Recruit on (phone number removed)Vibe Recruit is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
