In detail, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:(1)Project ManagementResponsible for the QCD (Quality-Costs-Deadline), estimating execution loads and activities, while managing the competencies assigned to the projectsSupervising the projects team, monitoring progress, and participating in team evaluationManaging project risksLed the follow-up committees with the customerMonitoring KPIs, performing projects' financial monitoring, and presenting regular internal reporting to the Project DirectorContributing to the productivity and profitability improvement of an ongoing project(s) by applying ALTEN processes, methods, and toolsEnforcing the behavioral rules in terms of quality, health, safety, and environment defined by the Group and requested by the related customerContribute to answering new RFQ (Request for Quotation) on the technical offer, scoping, sizing activity, and support to costingFollowing up on functional analysis, and controlling customer requirements(2)Team ManagementYou'll forecast and coordinate the workload of your team, ensuring that your team is correctly sized to handle the amount of work and that the work is distributed efficiently across your team and well-matched to their skillsYou'll define the future makeup of your team, and the skills needed within it.
