We consider job share arrangements.Why Join Us?Work in a picturesque coastal location with a supportive and friendly team.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Competitive salary and benefits package.Emphasis on work‑life balance and flexible working arrangements.Main duties of the jobProvide high‑quality clinical care, including consultations, diagnosis and treatment.Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring continuity of care and effective management of chronic conditions.Participate in practice meetings and contribute to the development of practice policies and procedures.Engage in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.Collaborate with colleagues and external healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for patients.Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records in accordance with practice protocols and data protection regulations.Qualifications and SkillsFull registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and inclusion on the NHS Performers List.Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing patient‑centred care.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in clinical audits and quality improvement activities.QualificationsFull registration with the General Medical Council – GMC.Inclusion on the NHS Performers List.Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners – MRCGP – or equivalent.Postgraduate qualifications in areas relevant to general practice such as family medicine, public health or medical education.ExperienceProven experience working in a general practice setting.Competence in managing a wide range of medical conditions and providing high‑quality patient care.Proficiency in using electronic health records and other digital tools to enhance patient care and communication.Special interest or expertise in specific areas of medicine such as dermatology, paediatrics or mental health.Experience in leadership or management roles within a healthcare setting.Involvement in practice development or quality improvement initiatives.Experience in teaching or mentoring medical students, junior doctors or other healthcare professionals.This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and will require a Disclosure and Barring Service check.#J-18808-Ljbffr
