Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor - SouthamptonSenior Quantity Surveyor - SouthamptonContract Duration: 12 MonthsLocation: Southampton / South CoastProject Value: £10 MillionSector: Commercial RefurbishmentWorking Pattern: Site-Based with Hybrid FlexibilityA well-established regional contractor with a strong presence across the South Coast is looking to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial side of a £10 million public sector, commercial and leisure refurbishment project in Southampton.The project is entering a key pre-construction and procurement phase, and you'll play a hands-on role in shaping the commercial approach before supporting the scheme as it progresses on site. This is a 12-month contract position, with regular site involvement required, alongside hybrid working flexibility depending on workload and project needs.About the ProjectThe scheme is a large-scale commercial refurbishment, involving significant pre-construction input, trade procurement, and phased delivery.
