Front of House & Administration AssistantLocation – NewryContract – 3-month contract with potential to become permanentAbout the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive individual to join a busy operational support function in a Front of House and Administration capacity.This is a varied, hands-on role where you will act as the first point of contact for visitors while also supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider administrative operations. You'll play a key role in delivering a professional, welcoming experience, while ensuring internal processes and document workflows are managed efficiently.The Opportunity This role offers a balance of front-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and working in a fast-paced environment.You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to a high-performing, service-driven office while developing your administrative, organisational, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experienceManage meeting rooms, bookings, and hospitality arrangementsHandle incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, distribution, and courier coordinationSupport day-to-day office operations, including facilities coordination and supplier liaisonMaintain office supplies and assist with general facilities managementRespond to internal queries and ensure smooth office functionalityProduce and format high-quality documents, reports, and communicationsManage document processes including mail merges and electronic signaturesProvide administrative and data entry support across the wider businessSupport expense processing and general operational tasksContribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects where requiredAbout You Previous experience in a front of house, administration, or office support roleHighly organised with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalConfident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environmentProactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamComfortable engaging with a range of stakeholdersWhat's on Offer Competitive salary aligned to experience3-month contract with strong potential to become permanentFull training and ongoing supportOpportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environmentExposure to a wide range of business functions and stakeholdersA varied role with opportunities to get involved in projects and process improvementsWhy This Role?
