What We Offer: Competitive Pay - From 1st of April 2026 Weekdays: 16.00 per hour (must have at least 18 months driving experience) Weekends: 16.45 per hour (must have at least 18 months driving experience) Bank Holidays: 30 bonus payment Pay rates are reviewed regularly through frequent pay negotiations Qualified drivers with at least 18 months bus driving experience in the last 5 years will start on 16.00 p/h basic, otherwise the starting rate will be 14.00 p/h for 6 months Pay Rates Before 1st of April 2026 - Pay Rate: 14.00 - 16.45 per hour Weekdays - 14.00 first 6 months, and then 16.00 per hour Weekends - 14.45 for the first 6 months service and then 16.45 per hour Bank Holiday - 30 bonus paid per shift. (If you dont have a PCV licence yet, apply for our Trainee role, and well provide paid training to help you get qualified!)
