Assistant Manager - (Packhouse)Location: Ashford, KentPay: £15.44 per hour / £32,115 per yearShift: 10 hour shifts, 4 on 3 off (6:00 AM - 5:00 PM)Our client, a leading fresh produce company that sources, imports and distributes a wide range of products particularly grapes to retail, food processing and wholesale markets, is looking to recruit two Assistant Managers to join their Packhouse day shift team.Role OverviewAs an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing production staff, managing training and motivation and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. You will work closely with Sales, Technical and Warehouse teams to coordinate product allocation and maintain operational efficiency.
