If you specialise in keeping systems running safely, efficiently, and fully compliant, this role will suit you perfectly.??? Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on unvented hot water systems and commercial ventilation equipmentComplete reactive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across a range of commercial sitesService, test, and maintain ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance and complianceConduct safety checks, performance assessments, and system inspectionsProduce accurate maintenance reports, service sheets, and compliance documentationWork closely with site managers and clients to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations?? Essential Skills & QualificationsG3 Unvented Hot Water qualificationStrong experience in commercial ventilation maintenance and mechanical building servicesAbility to diagnose faults quickly and deliver effective repairsConfident interpreting technical xjdpvnf drawings and system schematicsExcellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approachFull UK driving licence??
