If so, we want you to join our dynamic team atPiLON, an award-winning, multi-trade construction business dedicated to enhancing living environments for our clients.As a Site Manager, youmust have at least two years of proven experience managing kitchens and bathroom renewals in the social housing sector. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in managing teams of tradespeople and will be instrumental in delivering the project, directly contributing to the organisation's growth targets.If you're ready to lead with care, skill, and dedication, we'd love to hear from you!What Youll Be Doing:Overseeing, monitoring, and managing the progress of the kitchen and bathroom refurbishmentsLiaising with clients and reporting on work progress to internal and external stakeholdersSupervising refurbishment works and ensuring that trades are focused, engaged and motivatedEnsuring the safety of the site by making safety inspections and enforcing safety guidelines and protocolsPreparing, coordinating, and writing site reports and other necessary documentsMaintaining quality control checks whilst dealing with the day-to-day problem-solving for any work issues that ariseWhat Were Looking For:A minimum of 2 years' experience in kitchen and bathroom renewals within the social housing sectorFull, clean UK driving licenceGood problem-solving skills to manage complaints and challenges calmly and professionallyGenuinely care for people and motivate your team of tradespeopleGood knowledge of building methods and regulationsCustomer-focused mindsetStrong communication and writing skillsMicrosoft Office proficiencyQualifications required:Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)Asbestos Awareness CertificateFirst Aid at WorkCSCS cardFire Marshal/Safety CertificateWhy work with us?
