The business is known for working with prestigious clients and delivering new build, structural refurbishment, and high-spec fit-out schemes, often within complex, live environments. With a strong reputation for quality, collaboration, and problem-solving, they take an active role from early design stages through to project delivery.The Role Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 25 years experience, ideally with a background in commercial and retail fit-out projects. You will support the commercial team across the full project lifecycle, gaining exposure to high-profile schemes in Central London.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and tender documentationSupport procurement of subcontractors and suppliersAssist with valuations, variations, and final accountsMonitor project costs and contribute to financial reportingWork closely with site teams to ensure cost control and commercial efficiencySupport contract administration under JCT formsLiaise with clients, consultants, and the supply chain Requirements25 years experience in a Quantity Surveying rolePrevious experience working on commercial / retail fit-out or refurbishment projectsDegree qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management xjdpvnf Good understanding of construction processes and contracts (JCT)Strong numerical, communication, and organisational skillsAmbition to progress within a leading main contractor Whats on OfferSalary: 45,000 50,000Exposure to high-end, design-led projects across LondonStructured career progression and mentorshipCollaborative, high-performing team environmentOpportunity to work with well-known clients and brands Apply To apply or find out more, please send your CV to:(url removed)
