Machine Operative Location : Knowsley L34 Pay Rate: 12.71ph Shifts : 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00 Days : 4-on-4-off ( 2 days, 2 nights) We are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join our busy production team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production line environment, supporting the safe and efficient running of automated and semi-automated machinery. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking to develop skills in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Operating production line machinery safely and efficiently Loading and unloading materials and components Monitoring machine performance and reporting faults or issues Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the production area Following all health 'safety and operating procedures Supporting general production and factory duties as required Requirements Previous machine operative experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Physically capable of manual tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Willingness to learn and follow instructions If youre looking for a practical role in production with opportunities to develop new skills, wed love to hear from you.
