Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation TrustLocum Consultant Anaesthetist The closing date is 12 May 2026Main duties of the job As a senior member of the Trust, you will deliver high‑quality patient care and support a multidisciplinary team.Deliver first‑class clinical care in anaesthesia and intensive care.Lead and teach junior doctors and medical students.Manage a varied caseload in a non‑hierarchical, team‑focused environment.About youQualified and registered with GMC and licensed to practise in anaesthesia.Proven experience covering trauma lists and critical care, with a strong track record of safe, high‑quality patient care.A mentor and leader who supports junior doctors and medical students.Team‑focused, collaborative, solution‑oriented.Committed to professional growth and development.QualificationsFull GMC registration with licence to practise.Completion of a Royal College of Anaesthetists‑approved training programme for consultant status.Demonstrable written and spoken English skills.Entry on the Specialist Register via CCT (proposed date within six months of interview), CESR, or European Community Rights.ALS provider certificate or equivalent.ExperienceIndependent experience covering trauma lists.Independent experience covering critical care.Fourteen years or more at SAS level.Evidence of participation in clinical audit.Evidence of involvement in clinical research.Evidence of a special interest.Benefits Competitive salary: £109,725 – £145,478 per annum pro‑rata.
