Job Title = Senior CoordinatorLocation = Remote, however will need to be able and willing to come onsite to London office when needed Core responsibilitiesThis role provides operational and administrative support to the Third Party Risk (TPR) External Worker program. The Coordinator will focus on executional activities across risk tracking, task coordination, reporting, and project support to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of the External Worker risk governance processes.The role is designed as an external resource supporting the team with high-volume, repeatable, and process-driven activities, enabling the broader TPR team to focus on risk assessment, governance, and strategic priorities.This role supports the operational delivery of the External Worker risk governance program through execution of administrative, coordination, and tracking activities across the end-to-end lifecycle. The day to dayManage and maintain Risk Tracker activities, including creating, updating, and closing risk events and tasksCoordinate task assignments, follow-ups, and status tracking across stakeholders to ensure timely completionSupport reporting activities by compiling data, tracking key metrics, and preparing regular updates for the TPR teamPerform data quality checks and ensure accuracy and completeness of records for audit readinessAssist in execution of remediation and cleansing activities (e.g., data clean-up, compliance alignment initiatives)Support operational processes related to External Worker governance (e.g., intake tracking, compliance checks, documentation collection)Coordinate and track progress of ongoing projects and initiatives within the External Worker risk program-Work with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Sourcing) to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure risks are appropriately addressedIdentify and flag inconsistencies, missing information, or process gaps for escalationProvide administrative support for risk processes, ensuring adherence to defined standards and timelinesSkillsExperience & Background3–6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in third-party risk management, compliance, procurement, or enterprise riskExperience supporting risk governance processes in a global organization preferredStrong stakeholder collaboration and relationship buildingOrganizational and project coordination skillsAnalytical thinking and problem solvingAbility to learn and apply new risk concepts and frameworksProfessional computing skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving processesStrong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functionsStrong attention to detail and documentation disciplineAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
