We are seeking an experienced Freight Billing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in air and sea freight billing , who can manage shipment invoicing accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately process and raise invoices for air and sea freight shipments Verify shipment details, rates, and charges prior to billing Liaise with operations, carriers, and customers to resolve billing discrepancies Ensure all billing is completed in line with agreed rates and company procedures Maintain accurate financial and shipment records Support month-end closing processes and reporting Handle customer queries relating to invoices in a professional and timely manner Essential Requirements Proven experience in air and sea freight billing (essential) Strong understanding of international shipping processes and documentation High level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience using freight forwarding or logistics systems Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Desirable Skills Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations Experience working within a freight forwarder or logistics provider Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems TPBN1_UKTJ
